El Tesoro Shopping Center recently hosted a Sustainability Fair from April 24th to 28th. The event aimed to promote discussions and raise awareness about environmental issues such as circular economy, responsible consumption, eco-mobility, and sustainable fashion.
The fair featured a variety of exhibitors and forums, attracting significant public interest. A total of 22 mobility-related brands and 11 fashion brands participated in the event. Approximately 230,000 people visited the Shopping Center during the three days of the fair.
Additionally, the First Sustainability Forum was held in conjunction with the fair, featuring 30 speakers across 15 talks and conversations. A total of 232 people registered for the forum.
Local publication Vivir en El Poblado contributed to the event with a talk titled “Responsible Consumption and Disposal,” led by Professor Maria Claudia Mejía.
El Tesoro Shopping Center plans to host similar events throughout the year, focusing on themes of interest to its visitors.
